I need the method to place remote call using BESTip ATA-11L through a local line

To place remote calls using BESTip ATA-11L you will first connect a land line to FXO port in the device , after that when you want to call make the following :
1-From your mobile or phone dial land line number that connects to FXO port.
2-Dial the number that you want after you listen to the tone.
3-You may be need an inward password if already it was setup .
