I can make BESTip-to-BESTip call, but I cannot make BESTip-to-Phone call.

1.Check if you got an invalid ITSP account.
2.Check if there is balance remaining in your ITSP account. If the balance is 0, please recharge your ITSP account. Please contact your local distributor.
3.If there are balances remaining in your ITSP account, please check the settings of Country Code, Area Code, IDD Prefix and DDD Prefix for your BESTip.
